The Asset Plus Affordable Housing division currently manages 30+ communities comprised of over 5,000 units in 10 states specializing in bond, 501(c)3, and LIHTC programs.

As a full service division, we provide compliance monitoring, monthly asset management, construction management, and reporting to owners, developers, bond holders and equity partners.

Our goal is to provide quality affordable housing to our residents while maximizing owner return.

Commercial

The Houston commercial division of Asset Plus Companies provides property management, project leasing, asset management and investment services to our institutional, corporate, tenant in common and private clients. Asset Plus has over 2.7 million square feet of office, medical office and retail properties under our commercial real estate management.
