Affordable Housing

The Asset Plus Affordable housing division currently manages 30+ communities comprised of over 5,000 units in 10 states specializing in bond, 501(c)3, and LIHTC programs.

As a full service division, we provide compliance monitoring, monthly asset management, construction management, and reporting to owners, developers, bond holders and equity partners.

Our goal is to provide quality affordable housing to our residents while maximizing owner return.

Military Housing

Our new military housing initiative is to bring the same energy, experience, professionalism and quality we are known for to the development of and management of military housing

Our goal is to provide quality, affordability and consistent long term management to our U.S. Military personnel while they are at home and to their families when they are on assignment.
