A significant number of these projects required renovations and/or extensive lease-up, after which the properties were typically refinanced and sold. This "value-added" approach has resulted in substantial gains for our investors and partners. Asset Plus and related entities currently manage close to 1 Billion dollar portfolio, comprised of close to 12.5 million square feet. This includes assets managed for a variety of third party institutional and private clients, along with properties owned by the company principals. These properties are located throughout Texas as well as the Southwest, Central and Southeast United States.
