Houston, Texas, September 25, 2009 -- Asset Plus Companies is proud to announce the addition of Jeff Knowles as Senior Vice President for Asset Plus Companies. Mr. Knowles joins Asset Plus as Senior Vice President with a major focus on the debt and equity. Formerly, Mr. Knowles was a Managing Director in the Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP with over 12 years experience in commercial real estate, including finance and investment sales. He was primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the southern United States, with a secondary responsibility for investment sales. During the course of his career with HFF, Mr. Knowles completed commercial real estate transactions in excess of $1.5 billion including office, multi-family, retail and hotels. Prior to HFF, he worked as a Relationship Manager with Bank of America in Dallas.
