Acquisition and Development Criteria

Asset Plus' affiliated investment entities currently own and/or operate a portfolio diversified by property type and location, including assets in Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Michigan. We can evaluate and respond quickly to opportunities, and also have the staff in-house to complete due diligence in a timely manner. The partnerships we have formed with institutional investors give us the financial strength to acquire single assets or portfolios anywhere in North America. Additionally, we have solid relationships with a number of national lenders, although we also have the ability to acquire assets on an all-cash basis, if necessary. Assets currently unencumbered by debt are preferred.

We are targeting multifamily, student housing, and office projects, and will consider "value-add" opportunities as well as lower risk, stabilized assets. The minimum project size is approximately $7 million. We are also seeking tracts of land suitable for the development of student housing projects on a national basis and multifamily projects in select markets.
