As Regional Vice President, Terry oversees over 30 properties and 8,000 apartment units. These properties include Asset’s fast growing portfolio of Affordable properties. Terry has over 25 years of experience in multifamily property management. Prior to joining Asset Plus he was Vice President of Chancellor Property Management in Houston, responsible for all property operations at Chancellor including conventional properties, renovations, and new construction lease-ups. He was responsible for all investor and owner communication and reporting. Prior to joining Chancellor, Terry was with Berkshire Property Advisors for over 14 years. With Berkshire he supervised properties in New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Atlanta, South Carolina, Florida, Mississippi, St. Louis, and throughout Texas. He was involved in all phases of multifamily operations from acquisitions, due diligence, daily operations, rehabs, and dispositions. He has been responsible for multifamily portfolios ranging from 2,500 to 10,000 units. Terry is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to working in property management, served as a Regional Controller for McKinley Properties in Oklahoma City. He is a former Vice President of the Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma.
