Stephanie Graves joined Asset Plus in 2009, with a focus in training, marketing and development. Her passion for marketing and her motivational spirit provide for powerful and empowering training opportunities for Asset Plus team members.  Stephanie is responsible for developing marketing plans and positioning communities for long-term success and profitability.  

She comes to us with over 10 years experience in the multifamily industry.  Her experience includes developing training programs for top management companies across the nation.  Additionally, she has a background in business development, non-profit management, banking and tax credit compliance and monitoring. 

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication and Marketing from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.  She also is a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor through the National Apartment Association and is very active in both the local and national levels of the Apartment Association.  Stephanie was recognized at the 2009 Houston Apartment Association Industry Achievement Awards as Marketing Director of the Year and is an accredited Faculty Member of the National Apartment Association.
