Joseph (Joe) Kee joins Asset Plus as the Company’s Chief Business Development Officer.  In this capacity, Mr. Kee supervises a national portfolio consisting of multifamily and commercial properties.

Prior to joining the Asset Plus team, Mr. Kee spent eight years at RMI Management as a partner and Senior Vice President supervising properties in Texas, Oklahoma and Florida before the company was sold to Riverstone Residential Properties in 2008. In his 35 years experience in property management, Mr. Kee has served as Regional Vice President of the South Central States for Pinnacle Realty Management and spent 14 years as First Vice President of Con Am Management Corporation. 

He began his multifamily career in 1974 as a Property Manager for Colony House Properties in Greenville, SC and was then promoted to Regional Property Manager for R&B Enterprises located in Los Angeles, CA, overseeing multifamily and commercial properties.

Mr. Kee served in the United States Marine Corps from 1964 to 1968 and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1971 from the University of S.C. and also attended the MBA Graduate Business School at U.S.C. for one year.  He is an active real estate broker in Texas.
