Mr. Knowles is the Senior Vice President of Asset Plus Companies where his primary focus is raising investment capital for acquisitions and development. Formerly, Mr. Knowles was a Managing Director in the Houston office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, LP with over 13 years experience in commercial real estate, including finance and investment sales. He was primarily responsible for originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the southern United States, with a secondary responsibility for investment sales. During the course of his career with HFF, Mr. Knowles completed commercial real estate transactions in excess of $1.5 billion including office, multi-family, retail and hotels. Prior to HFF, he worked as a Relationship Manager with Bank of America in Dallas.

Mr. Knowles graduated from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business in 1994 with a BBA in Information Systems.
