About Us

Founded in 1986, Asset Plus Companies is a Houston-based real estate firm specializing in MAXIMIZING VALUE for owners, developers and investors of conventional, student, affordable, tax credit, military and senior housing nationwide.

Asset Campus Housing is a sister company to Asset Plus and is focused solely on student housing. Founded in 1998, Asset Campus Housing is now one of the largest, privately-owned student housing companies in the country.

With a growing portfolio that includes hundreds of properties across the U.S., Asset Plus and Asset Campus Housing provide services that include, property management, asset management, leasing, marketing, financial analysis, construction supervision, accounting, receivership/REO, training, due diligence, acquisitions/dispositions and development.
